Floormaster practices ethical business principles and offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

We will refund or replace any item where you are not satisfied with that Item where:

• There is a fault with the item
• It is unused or it is not what you expected, or you simply don't want it. Return it to us and we will either replace the item or refund the price you paid on the item within 30 days from the date of your invoice, if it is un-used and in its original packaging and you meet the costs of returning the items to our premises.

We will either replace or refund the price you paid of any item within 10 days from the date of your invoice, if the goods are damaged in delivery and signed for as damaged upon receipt, or we are advised of the damage on the date of delivery. We may require photographic verification of the damage. We understand that you are not always sure of what you will receive when you order or buy online, we will work with you where possible to make sure you are satisfied with you purchase.

PRICING

All prices quoted or displayed on the Floormaster website are in Australian Dollars and prices displayed or quoted includes GST. GST will be displayed as a separate total amount on the invoice. Prices are changed from time to time as market forces dictate. All prices quoted are valid for 7 days.
